We did our shifting from Pimple Saudagar to Hinjewadi Phase 3 with Sequence
Our deal was agreed on 13500 for 1bhk stuff.Very bad and unprofessional experience from Sequence.Also don’t get trapped into his sweet words and false promises before the deal
Now starts the bad experience
There were no terms and conditions informed by Mr Rampal at the time of deal, which was my mistake since he assumed i should have known all the below conditions
1- there was no sheet or extra support inside the tempo for keeping the stuff for safety or scratch proof for the things
2 – the boxes given to me for shifting the stuff were to be returned back after reaching the destination, this was informed after packing. So since I wasn’t prepared i had to pay for boxes as a security deposit until my unpacking is done .
3 – there was a dent on my fridge, for which I shared the image with Mr Rampal, still no response from him
4 – my bedroom mattress has went into a different shape, its not usable at all. Since I didnt get any update on the previous point, i didn’t bother to inform as Mr Rampal was getting irritated with my calls about me complaining to him.
All in all i had a bad experience in dealing with Sequence packers and movers, packing was basic and not at all professional.
