Rules for Admission

1. Admission and Deposits:
   • Bookings are accepted through medical practitioners. Treatment is the doctors’ responsibility.
   • Rs. 3000/- non-refundable advance for O.T. and delivery bookings.
   • Seven-day charges or Rs. 10,000 (general beds) and Rs. 20,000 (ICU) must be paid at admission.
2. Notice of Leaving and Payment:
   • Give 24 hours’ notice before leaving and arrange bill payments by 5 p.m. the previous day.
   • A discharge pass will be issued upon full payment.
3. Extra Charges:
   • Accommodation includes general attendance, linen, and diet. Separate charges for special services.
   • Parking is allowed during visiting hours; beyond those hours, charges apply.
4. Centre’s Property:
   • Damaged or lost property will be charged.
5. Private Property:
   • Patients are responsible for their belongings. Avoid keeping valuables.
6. Visiting Hours:
   • Ward: 9:30 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
   • ICU: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. – 6 p.m.
   • Children below 12 allowed only on Sundays and Thursdays during evening hours.
7. Usage Rules:
   • Stoves, heaters, and musical instruments require permission. Room heaters charge Rs. 100/day.
8. Alcohol and Pan Masala:
   • Strictly forbidden within the hospital premises.
9. Tips:
   • Tips should be placed in a box kept with the receptionist/sister stations.
10. Complaints:
    • Record complaints in a book maintained by the receptionist.
11. Private Sisters:
    • Inform at admission if private sister services are needed. Subject to availability.
12. Extra Coach:
    • Additional charge of Rs. 200/day for one relative in single rooms. Meals and services extra.
