Pathetic experience. Due to COVID, Kept my stuffs for almost 3 years at a price they quoted. After 3 years, while delivery, they didn`t release untill I paid full which is OK. At my place, they first took delivery charge and then gave me my boxes. Trap was because almost 9 boxes out of 30 were missing and tricky part, they sent someone`s else items or some waste items just to match the count. I returned everything that was not mine. I had go back to their warehouse to literally search items, some of them I could find still 5 boxes are missing. It`s been almost 3 months while writing and every time I follow up, they will just fool. Some names, Mr. Mithilesh, Mr. Sundar, Mr. Rajender. All from Bihar doing dirty shits here. Worst experience. Big NO for recommendation. Beware. Pay more but go for better ones like Gati, Agarwal, etc.
