I dread the day I chose ARC packers for moving my stuff from Ghaziabad to Bangalore . First a person called Devendra spoke with me offering a certain quote . Once they took my goods , a person called Pankaj asked me for thrice the amount and literally threatened me to hold my goods at ransom. He sounded more like petty gangsters than a an Employee . I had to pay up and then i received my ancestral furniture piece broken ! Now they are absconding and there’s no response from them . My only recourse will be to go to the police. I strongly advise anybody against using this company .
